Growing up early on first in Chisholm, Minnesota, then in Apple Valley where I graduated high school. From there I earned a BS in Operations Management from the College of St. Thomas…yes, it was called the College of St. Thomas when I attended. I have been working with Jostens Yearbooks since 2010 responsible for Central and Northwestern Minnesota. I've been in education for the past 12 years, most recently helping coaches and their players realize their dreams beyond high school. During that time my main goal was to exceed expectations and always put the school first. I really enjoy working with students to help them learn and grow throughout their yearbook career. It's always satisfying seeing students grow within their roles on a yearbook staff and then apply those learned traits in the real world. Preparing our youth for what lies ahead is a passion of mine.
Two main goals I live by: Under promise, over deliver and do good things and talk about it. We should share our experiences everyday!
When you work with me you will be able to focus on the fun parts of your role as an adviser. I will set you up to be successful at every turn, limit the amount of time you have to spend working on the book, and ultimately keep you in budget!
